Does this have full ethernet capability and USB ports?

Dear customer, yes it comes with Ethernet port and is capable of connecting to any local network or DSL internet connection. It has total of 8 USB ports (2 front and 6 rear).

So it comes with screen,brain,keyboard, and mouse? And is it just as good as a new 1? And if not i can return it?

You can play games on this computers YES. But every game has different "system requirements" in order to install on a computer and play it. This computer comes pre-loaded (and ready to use) with Windows 7 Professional OS. Additional software installed are; Google Chrome and Apache OpenOffice a free word processing program.

is the memory upgradeable?, is there extra slots ?

It has 4 memory slots. Computer comes with 4x1GB modules so there is no extra available slots. However, you could upgrade total memory upto 8GB by using 4x2gb modules.
If you decide to order this computer and are planning to upgrade the memory, please let us know so that we can install 64bit version of the OS.
Otherwise it will come with 32bit OS which will ready upto 4gb of the total memory installed.
