Dear customer, yes this computer does come with one (1) PCI slot. However, please make sure your audio card is compatible with the operating system your computer comes with (Windows 7 or 10). Since the card is designed for older systems, we cannot guarantee or cover under warranty any (driver) compatibility issues you may have with this card.
